I had received an interview call to Program Pengimejan Diagnostik dan Radioterapi. It said that I have to undergo an aptitude test. But it didin't said where or when.......... Erm, what should I do?

我得到Bioperubatan，纸张说要带surat, pengenalan diri dan sijil-sijil akademik asal. I will bring the original IC and Birth certificate. Do I need to bring the photostat IC and birth certificate certified by the school ?? When they mention sijil akademik asal , only spm , muet and stpm result ? Or need to bring kokurikulum cert too ? Normally, what will they ask in the interview ?

Pilihan 1 KA16 IJAZAH SARJANAMUDA SAINS SOSIAL DENGAN KEPUJIAN (PSIKOLOGI) UKM
Pilihan 2 MM02 SARJANA MUDA SAINS BIOPERUBATAN# UM
Pilihan 3 KM13 IJAZAH SARJANAMUDA PENGIMEJAN DIAGNOSTIK DAN RADIOTERAPI DENGAN KEPUJIAN# UKM
Pilihan 4 MS52 SARJANA MUDA SAINS (BIOINFORMATIK)# UM
，那么Pilihan Bidang Mengikut Keutamaan应该放sastera在first choice 还是SAINS KESIHATAN/ SAINS BERSEKUTU as first choice ?
我放 SAINS KESIHATAN/ SAINS BERSEKUTU as first choice 因为我其他三个都是这个bidang。但是，psikologi是sastera。我担心如果我放sastera as first choice，政府会派给我其他文科的科系如果拿不到psikologi。。。。。我是不是想太多了。。。。。。

In the application form for USM, there is a section to fill up about co-curriculum. Can I write about the clubs that I joined during form 5 ? I didn't get any post during form 6 but my form 5 koko is quite colourful, if I have to say.

我是理科生，想进UKM的性理学但是不知道要在bidang keutamaan选哪个选择？sastera？ sains bersekutu？？
