hi

does it mean that food science and nutrtion this course is more onto research work, on how to create better food with better nutrients while food tech is more onto controlling the process??

i got ums's food science and nutrition but i dont like research work as my future career. Im wondering if food tech wil be different..Can both courses's gradutated students get almost similar jobs?
