sorry to say that until now the authority has yet to give us a clear scheme as to how to calculate for merit point and the requirement for application of stay in college. It's really subjective for the moment, sometime it depends on the situation, i observed some colleges have the tendency to pick active students based on the observation, cuz sometimes who joined bunch of activities wont get to stay but those who didnt join any are entitled to stay.
